---An important letter from Chinese doctor-Wei Ju regarding the scientific    explanation of the positive correlation between the 2013 Asia nuclear test and  the 2013 Russia meteorite event(man-mistake pushed meteorite disaster)based on a series of new found of natural laws

Dear Mr Ban Ki-moon, the Secretary-General of the United Nations

My name is Wei Ju , a Chinese doctor who has the spare hobby of studying astrophysics and I have found the positive correlation between the 2013 Asia  and the 2013Russiameteorite event based on my series of new found of   natural laws. and I must make it clear that my following explanation of the  mentioned nuclear-meteorite correlation  has zero political bias against any party, it’s all about the natural science issue, and it is all about human existence issue! To prove my following conclusions is not a groundless hypothesis  but it’s highly a confirmable new-law-found supported theory model----the double hole interaction & bi-directional net changing model( also called “the JW ToE model of the double-hole interaction system dominated cyclic evolution of the mono-star system to the male-female coupled binary star system” to perfectly explain the formation and evolution of our solar system and to explain the universal elements evolving principle----the unified double-hole interaction system dominated mass-density homogenization evolution ), to make my explanation convincing I would like to use the same theory model to explain the positive correlation between 2013 Asia nuclear test and the 2013 Russia meteorite event and to explain all other natural phenomenon existed in microscopic world and the macroscopic world to exhibit  the self-consistence of my theory model----  Ju’s ToE model formulated by the new found of the unified double-hole interaction system and the new found of the existence of unified entanglement universal-space-net of the quantum streams which has the basic morphologic structure of the half-ball imbedding.

To use the new-found-law formulated theory model to explain the positive correlation between the 2013 Asia nuclear test and the 2013 Russia meteorite event can be most efficiency way to realize the denuclearization of Korean peninsula, and finally realize the global denuclearization in order to totally eliminate the nuclear threat of human existence. If MR. Ban Ki-moon can make this letter  a serious issue and initiate the widely discussing about this letter I will promise my series of the new found of natural laws supported Ju’s ToE model and my exhibition of many hard evidence can go through the most seriously questioning by the physics community in no less than three months and I believe even the scientists of north korea can easily accepted my theory through the zero political bias contained scientific confirmation.

In the whole nuclear power production process, From the deep dig out of the uranium mine to the uranium purification, and to the nuclear fission process in the nuclear reactor, every step is seriously destroy the earth balance, and the uranium and the thorium dissociate to the lead element through the beta decay process of the radioactive energy releasing process is hardly happen  in the natural status of the diluted uranium mine, the uranium dissociation process very slow without radiation pollution in the natural  uranium mine status and uranium formed a balanced matter dissociation system with other lower density metal element, it’s part of the earth energy balance system and the balanced slow matter dissociation evolution system, but human stupidly dig them out and purify it for the most wrong way of the energy production and the some evil   purpose. And since the total of 2058 times of the nuclear tests since 1958 during the cold war period is the major factor responsible for the thousand times energy increasing of the Van Allen radiation belt, because in the natural status, the uranium mine area represent the  long chain of the matter dissociation evolution from the deep earth  located high density uranium mine layer to the ionosphere of the    earth, it’s a natural slowly matter dissociation chain for the earth energy balance, the dig out of the uranium mine destroyed the local   balanced evolution chain of the matter dissociation, and the purified uranium was move to the different location will keep releasing the   high radioactive energy carried neutron streams down to the earth core direction will produce the invisible over strong neutron streams carried radioactive energy released down to earth produced man pushed localized black hole effect to destroy the energy balance of the earth crust, and the recent years there are many spot of the ground cave formation always located near the nuclear reactor spot is due  to the invisible high energy carried neutron streams produced localized black-hole effect according to the new found of the symmetric   principle of the double-hole interaction system.  

10. the new energy theory model formulated by the double-hole interaction balancing-energy system and the SPA (systematic power amplification) energy system guided new invention of the energy-technology will easily kick out the nuclear energy off the market with in the near future for it’s the competitive advantage of economy and the environment protection effect based on the zero-radiation pollution and the zero carbon emission. The zero gas burn and the principle of  the double-hole interaction system based energy theory model and the relative tech-invention will open up the new era of the non-gas burn and non-radiation pollution era.

11. the summerization of my different opinions from the main stream    astrophysics community and my clear claimed overthrow to those I  thought it’s a wrong views of the science which contained in the    current accepted by the astrophysics community based on my independent study.

(1) the wrong view of sun holds 99.86 quality,

(2) the wrong view that the Newtonian explanation about the           phenomenon of planets revelution around the sun is because       the sun has the super big quality which holds 99.86% of the        total quality of the solar system

(3) the wrong view of the nebular hypothesis

(4) the wrong view about the material structure of the so called         gas giant planets of the Jupiter-like planets

(5) the wrong view of material structure of the comets and

the wrong view of the ice structure of the asteroids in kuiper belt

(7) the wrong view about the super big volume of hydrogen storage    that is enough for the sun burning the hydrogen for the time span of several billion years

(8) the wrong view about the one way energy releasing from the sun and the wrong view of the earth receiving the photo-thermal energy released from the sun in the one way manner, and earth never doing the energy contribution back to the sun, that misleading core thought is the earth only receive the free energy gift from the sun without any energy exchange back.

(10) the wrong view about the sunspot formation mechanism understood as the sunspot is the result of the solar activity without any     effect of the earth energy releasing back to the sun, or without any other any effect of the dark-cold-planets-energy released from the  planets to sun.

(11) the wrong view about the water molecule on the earth and the vastvolumes of the water of the sea is came from the material supplements through the long time of repeat comets impact on earth.

(14) the traditional theory states that the temperature in core center of the sun can be as high as 15 million degree Celsius, this is totally wrong, because the basic nature of the matter evolution of the    sun is the matter aggregation and matter condensation , the matter condensation process need the extremely cold environment with  the extremely low temperature of millions of degree below zero,    it’s impossible for the matter keep in condensation status when temperature reach to 15 million degree above zero, and 15 million degree Celsius will have any metal element evaporate like the smoke,the general matter evolution law for sun-like solar star is the high density heavy metal elements synthesizing, and the condensation  status of high density metal need millions degree below zero, now the circular magnetic force line is the hard prove that the many   high density magnet metal balls already formed under photosphereand these high density metal balls will keep developing process until their mass-quality become big enough and their mass-density is condensation enough reach to the birth given level till the sun    evolve to be the mature female star of the male-female binary star system.

     So, the environment above the photo-sphere of the sun and the environment under the photo-sphere shall be the two totally different world, above the photosphere of the sun, the temperature is in the range of the 4000 thousand degrees Celsius to the about one     one million degree Celsius, but under the photosphere of the sun the temperature is will dropped to the hundreds degree below    zero, another hard prove is when earth releasing the dark-cold    energy carried neutronized particle streams which shot through thephotosphere of the sun into the core area of the sun, and         sometimes the earth released high density neutron stream carried energy is so high that the condensing neutron streams even shot  through the whole body of sun from the front area to the back of the sun.

              There four major protection mechanisms existed in our solar system which integratively form a multi-level protection system to protect human    from the big asteroid impact on earth, the four major protection mechanism:

(1)   the competitive-oligarchs gravitation effect to attract the most number of  the big asteroids that coming from the asteroid zone of the kuiper belt to  reduce the most large number of the big asteroids to the Jupiter due   to it’s quality is 317 times bigger than the earth, and the oligarchs gravitation effect will let Jupiter attract the most dangerous big asteroids impact on the Jupiter instead of further moving torwards the earth, when Jupiter canceled the most of big asteroids before they go any further to the inner solar system, the escaped small quality asteroids streams will keep flowing to the earth mostly concentrated flowing to down to the north pole and south pole area of the earth, in the amplified pictures of the solar wind and sunspot related astronomic pictures, the spiral flowing asteroid chain concentrated flowing down to the area of the north pole and south polelike the pear necklace chain, such a phenomenon of the polar concentrated flowing down of the asteroid chain will prove two facts, the first fact isthere is a black-hole-gravity and the black-hole net closing effect existing at the polar area, where the black-hole gravity force will attract the spiral moving asteroids streams concentrate moving down to the two polar area,.the proved second fact is in our solar system, the space between the asteroid zone of the kuiper belt and the space between the sun and earth are well connected by an invisible entanglement space net of the quantum streams that seamlessly connecting all the mass-points of the space, the spiral shaped asteroids chain proved that from the far away asteroids zone of the kuiper belt to the polar area existed a seamless net-connection system of the particle streams, and according the formative mechanism of the double-hole interaction system, all double-hole interaction system is formed from the inter-cutting and mutual entanglement of the particle streams, and the black-hole-gravity effect is from the inter-cutting and entanglement of particle streams of the earth magnetic force line and the sun’s magnetic force line, that is proved that between the sun and the earth there is an invisible space net system connected two parties seamlessly because of the inter-cutting and mutual entanglement of the magnetic force line, in july of the 2012, the American scientists of NASA, the professor of university of Iowa-jack found that there is a seamlessly magnetic channel seamlessly connecting the earth and the sun,but they don,t understand how the sun-earth space existed magnetic channel formed and what is  basic function of this sun-earth channel, they name this entrance as the X-point or the scatter zone of the electron streams, and I believe this thethe sun-earth connected double-hole interaction system, through which the equivalent mass-energy exchange between the sun and the earth, actually sun has formed such a double-hole interaction system with all each planets to realize the equivalent mass-energy exchange through the bi-directional flow of the particle streams for their mass-density homogenization evolution, and through the sun-earth formed double-hole interaction system the two different kind of the basic universal energy-the photo-thermal energy and the dark-cold energy will conversion each other in the double-hole system through the equivalent exchange of the bi-directional flow of the two basic universal energy carried particle streams, the sun and the earth always stay in the mass-energy exchange status for their mass-density  homogenization evolution and mutually promote each other for their respectively matter evolution, this is the double-hole interaction system existed in all solar star system for the equivalent mass-energy exchange process and the bi-directional mutually energy support, without such a sun-earth   formed double-hole interaction system running, the sun can not event    release the high energy driven proton streams to the earth, the sun can not even shining, in the traditional theory system, the sun was described as the it has the super volume of the hydrogen storage that will enable the sun has enough hydrogen to burn for at least for more than ten billion years, this is totally wrong, the sun actually does not has the super volume of hydrogen storage, and every minute, the energy sources of the  sun is totally depend on equivalent mass-energy exchange with each  revelving planets, the sun does not event has the big volume of the hydrogen to burn, the hydrogen is the evolving products coming from the metal dissociation on the earth-like planets, when the basic nature of the matter evolution of the high density earth-like planets is the matter  dissociation evolution process while the basic nature of the matter evolution of the low density solar star like the sun is on the opposite way of the matter evolution—the matter aggregation evolution.

the it’s function is of the for the path channel of the strengthening exited at the polar area,and in the new theory model of the Ju’s ToE system, the formation mechanism of the double-hole interaction system  is formed from the inter-cutting of the magnetic force line when the multi-interacted matter groups have their rotating axis intersected to formed an 90 degree intersection angle the inter-cutting of the magnetic force line or the inter-cutting of the particle streams will form a super-symmetric double-hole interaction system or non-super symmetric double-hole interaction  system in any localized space to produce the balanced bi-directional flow of the particle streams and the bi-directional net changing effect, because in universe there is an unified entanglement spatial-net of the quantum streams( UESNQS) which connecting all the matter groups in all mass point seamlessly, in any given universal space the localized UESNQS always stay in the balanced symmetric net changing process under the dominate of the localized double-hole interaction system, and make the infinitely big universal space have the properties of the unity and all when the interacted rotated turbulent matter groups the black-hole-net closing this is because the earth magnetic force line

 (2) solar wind blowing away effect to protect the lightening-hemisphere of the earth at daytime.

 (3)  the hammer throw shield effect of the moon to protect the dark-hemisphare of the earth at night time,

（2）the second standard is to exhibit the powerful thought-weapon  force to promote the peace in human society and eliminate all major threatening factors that highly speed up the human disappearance from the earth, like the nuclear threat and the already non-necessary LHC activities according to the principle of bi-directional flow of the particle streams and the equivalent mass-energy exchanging between the sun and earth, the nuclear test and the super-massive energy driven LHC activity will have the same negative threatening effect to sharply increase the total mass-energy exchanging volume between the sun and earth, conversion double-hole interaction system bi-directional which will produced the black-hole-net closing effect to exert the dragging-down-gravity-force to pull the asteroids streams down to the earth and to make the airplane crash, and the massive energy produced from the LHC devices will has the same dangerous threat to threatening the human existence, because massive energy motivated LHC devices will produce the invisible super strong black-hole-net closing effect and the super strong white-hole-net open effect determined by basic the nature of the super-symmetric double hole interaction effect. The sharp strengthening effect of the black-hole will increase the probability of man-pushed meteorite disaster, and the equivalent principle of the sun-earth formed double-hole interaction system will produce the white-hole-net opening effect, the latter will amplify the matter dissociation evolution process to sharply increase the total magmatic volume through the promote the high density heavy metal mass group to be dissociated into lower density non-metal element expressed as the sharp increasing of the magmatic volume produced the magmatic expansion effect that leads to the man-made crust drift and man-pushed volcanic eruption and earthquakes. Because the ultimate core mechanism of the volcanic eruption and the earthquake is formed from the metal matter group dissociated to the lower density non-metal matter through the friction burn effect pushed matter dissociate evolution at the under the crust level, and the latter typically leads to the total volume increasing of the high temperature magmatic fluid, finally the earth will balance it’s energy distribution through the  two major way---the expansion of the magmatic volume produced under crust pressure to create volcanic eruption and pushed crust drift to create theearthquakes.
